The TremReport module provides tools for the fast, accurate and automatic generation of custom reports ranging in complexity from:
• Simple test reports for the patient file
• Sophisticated reports to the referring physician
• Reimbursement claims and appeal letters
Reports may contain patient information, test results in tables or graphs, contact addresses and notes. Patient demographics are entered once for each patient and include first name, last name, gender, age, diagnosis, patient account number and other items. This information, and time/date stamps, are automatically entered into special fill-in fields of the report.
The FAST summary shown here, a Readings graph or
a Frequency graph may be included -- as well as a table of tremor statistics. Text may be imported from any file or the Internet.
Fill-in fields determine where patient or date information is to be automatically entered during report generation. An MS Word document is generated, saved to disk and opened for editing, printing or other operations.
Sample Referral Report shows a report on a letterhead. The entire report, including the letterhead, auto fill-ins of date, patient information, graph, statistics table, text and signature line, was generated in less than one minute.
It uses an MS Word template for the letterhead and has a control information file that generates the report.
